Middlesex Counseling Department

The goal of the Middlesex Borough School District Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive, proactive, developmental K-12 program for all students. Our goal is to also prepare students academically, socially, and emotionally to contribute as productive members of a diverse society. Counselors will work with students on engaging as responsible community members in a digital society through utilizing career readiness and life skills opportunities. As student advocates, we acknowledge the uniqueness and personal worth of each student. In addition, we are advocates of a healthy lifestyle and provide education, prevention, and intervention targeted at wellness and healthy decision-making. We assist students to better understand themselves and to meet the challenges of growing up, ultimately discovering the path they will choose in life.
