Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying

To report an incident of Harassment, Intimidation, or Bullying please complete the electronic HIB incident Report for Families/Caregivers found at the right or complete the PDF HIB Incident Form for Families.  PDF forms will need to be printed and sent to the school or emailed to the school-level Anti-Bullying Specialist.  Electronic forms are routed directly to the District Anti-Bullying Coordinator and the school-level ABS.
